What do you do if you can’t get an appointment at one of your favorite spas in townand you are in dire need of some pampering?
We’ve found this really easy and awesome foot bath that will soothe your feet right in the comfort of your home while you catch up on some much needed reading or the latest episode of Scandal.
First you must know that milk is a natural moisturizer, while Honey can restore your natural PH balance.
Our adventurous editor who is a lover of almost all things D.I.Y, strongly recommends applying honey directly to your feet before immersing them in the bath. Using water is one of the keys for best results.
- 3-5 tbsp. Honey
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- ½ cup Orange Juice
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- Mix the ingredients
- Fill your tub/basin with warm water.
- Stir in the Milk & Honey mixture.
- Soak your feet for 10 to 15 minutes and relax.
Don’t forget to dry your feet, moisturize them and put on a pair of socks!
